Brand & content

• Logo files — vector if you have them (.svg/.ai), otherwise the highest-res version you've gotIf you don't have a logo yet, say so — that's a separate conversation
• Photos — team, location, product/work shots. Phone photos are fine to start.
• Copy basics — business name, tagline, short "about" description, services/products list
• Contact details — phone, email, address, hours, social links
• Spanish content needs? — if any customers are Spanish-speaking, flag it nowReviewed by a human, never machine-translated

Access & accounts

• Domain registrar login (or add me as a manager) — GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.
• Existing hosting access, if a site already exists
• Google Business Profile access, if you have one
• Any existing accounts that need to connect — booking systems, payment processors, email tools

Decisions I'll need from you

• Primary contact — who signs off on design and copy
• Timeline constraints — any date this needs to be live by
• Budget range confirmed, so scope matches
