A digital home for the community theater's 2026 season — not just a site, a system.

A working community theater had outgrown its legacy site. Show listings across community productions, indie film screenings, conferences, and youth theater were edited by hand, and nobody but the original builder could safely touch it.
We rebuilt the site on a dynamic, collection-based architecture — every show, across every category, pulls from one structured event calendar, so a new listing takes minutes, not a developer. A season dashboard tracks attendance and ticket sales by category. Then we trained the staff on the editor, so updates don't wait on us.
A fast, WCAG-accessible, mobile-first site for the 2026 season — plus a staff playbook so the team runs it themselves going forward.
"Staff can post a new show themselves now. That used to mean a phone call to a developer."
From the theater's front-of-house team, on what changed after launch. The new editor workflow replaced a legacy site that only one person could safely update.
